We want everyone to be able to read this site, understand how our referral line works, and reach a local electrician. That includes people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or captions.

What We Aim For

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our reference standard and check new pages against it.

Steps we have taken

Headings are structured in order so screen readers can move through a page
Navigation, links, and call buttons can be operated with a keyboard, and call buttons have descriptive labels
Text and background colors are chosen for readable contrast, including on buttons
Text reflows and stays readable when you zoom or use a phone
Pop-up call reminders can be closed with a visible button or the Escape key

Some parts of the site rely on third party services, such as call routing, and we do not control their code. Websites we link to may not be fully accessible. When we find a barrier, we work to fix it or provide another way to get the same information.
